Our Operating Process
Prices are fixed regardless of the quantity ordered. There is no minimum order requirement.
Payment is required in full before delivery.
The listed prices include shipping within mainland France (excluding Corsica).
Availability depends on stock levels and the level of customization requested. For the electric version e-STD100, production takes approximately 1 week, plus 48 hours for delivery.
Each trailer is delivered in a sturdy box, requiring only the shock absorber and wheel to be attached.
The frame comes with a 10-year warranty, while other components (battery, motor, etc.) are covered for 2 years, excluding wear parts.
After-sales service is handled in Bordeaux by Cycloboost.
