How we work
Upfront payment for the first order before delivery.
The amazing price for a demo model can be renewed each year, so you always have a trailer your customers can try. You can sell it at the end of the season, or before 🙂
The prices are EX works Lormont. Availability depends on the stock and level of customization requested. For ‘classical’ configurations, we need 1 week of production per trailer + delivery.
Each trailer is delivered in a solid box, you just need to fit the shock absorber and the wheel. The frame is under warranty for 10 years, the other components are under warranty for 2 years (motor, battery…), wear and tear parts excluded.
The after-sales service is done in Bordeaux by Cycloboost which is the parent company.
Cycloboost distributes electric conversion kits since 2009. They are the leaders in the world of conversion kits in France and they have all spare parts necessary to ensure quick maintenance. Cycloboost produces its own batteries since 2016 with an exceptional level of quality, less than 1% returns. We are also able to answer customized requests on all types of batteries.
